Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays)
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information
- You can track your package using the tracking number provided
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment
Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete
- Bold Elle is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
- Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched

Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Bold Elle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after successful delivery confirmation by the courier
- Please check your tracking information and contact the courier service if your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it
Damaged Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy
- You must record an unboxing video and contact us within 72 hours
Delivery Delays
- While we work with reliable courier services, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, holidays, courier delays)
- Please contact us if your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe
Important Notes
- Record Your Unboxing: We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing your order. This is required for any damage claims (see Return and Refund Policy)
- Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped
- PO Boxes: Please specify if shipping to a PO Box as some couriers may not deliver to these addresses
- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays
