At Bold Elle, we are committed to providing high-quality waist chains and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
General Policy
No returns or exchanges are accepted except in cases of damaged products as outlined below.
Damaged Products
We will only accept returns if the product arrives damaged. To qualify for a return due to damage, customers must meet ALL of the following requirements:
Requirements for Damaged Product Claims

Video Recording Required
- Customer must record an unboxing video while accepting the order
- The video must show:
- The sealed/unopened package
- The complete unboxing process
- All product tags intact
- Original packaging intact
- The damaged condition of the product

Time Frame
- Claims must be submitted within 72 hours (3 days) from the date of receiving the shipment

How to Submit a Claim
- Email your claim to: kepuan@aol.com
- Include the following in your email:
- Order number
- Date of delivery
- Clear unboxing video showing the damage
- Photos of the damaged product
- Description of the damage

Product Condition Requirements
- All original tags must be intact
- Original packaging must be intact
- Product must not have been worn or altered
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will NOT be accepted for:
- Change of mind
- Size issues
- Color discrepancies (unless significantly different from product description)
- Products without proper documentation (video evidence)
- Claims submitted after 72 hours
- Products with removed tags
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging
- Products that have been worn or used
Refund Process
Once your return claim is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 7-10 business days after approval
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
