📦 Shipping

Processing Time: Orders ship within 48 hours (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sunday ship Monday.

Delivery Time: 5–7 business days across India via express courier with tracking.

Shipping Cost: Free on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Coverage: We ship to all serviceable pin codes in India. If your area isn't serviceable, we'll notify you within 24 hours and issue a full refund.

🔄 Exchange Policy (7 Days)

We offer exchanges only (no returns) within 7 days of delivery.

What You Can Exchange: If the chain doesn't fit or you want a different style, we'll exchange it for free.

What We Need: A short try-on video showing the chain on your waist. This protects both you and us from fraudulent claims.

How to Request an Exchange:

  1. Email us at hello@boldelle.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and a try-on video (10–15 seconds is enough)
  3. We'll send a prepaid return label — no cost to you
  4. Once we receive the original chain, we'll ship your replacement immediately

Exchange Timeline: 7–10 days from the time we receive your returned item.

❌ Items We Cannot Exchange

  • Chains that have been worn extensively (normal try-on wear is fine)
  • Chains with visible damage, scratches, or alterations
  • Chains without original packaging
  • Chains returned after 7 days

💳 Refunds

We do not offer refunds — only exchanges. If you're unhappy with your purchase, exchange it for a different style or size.

In rare cases where an exchange isn't possible (discontinued product, out of stock), we'll issue store credit equal to your purchase amount.
