Yes. All our waist chains are adjustable and come with an extender chain for a flexible fit.
What is the size of the waist chain?
The base length is 24 inches, and the chain is adjustable up to 34 inches to fit different waist sizes.
Are the waist chains heavy?
No. Our waist chains are lightweight and designed to be worn comfortably for long hours.
Can I wear the waist chain daily?
Yes. Bold Elle waist chains are designed for everyday wear and are soft on skin.

What material are the waist chains made of?
All Bold Elle waist chains are 18K gold plated with a premium anti-tarnish coating.
Are the waist chains safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. They are nickel-safe and gentle on skin.
Will the gold colour fade?
With proper care, the finish lasts long. Avoid perfumes, chlorine, and harsh chemicals to maintain shine.
Are the waist chains water resistant?
Yes, they are water resistant. However, prolonged exposure to water or chemicals is not recommended.
Are Bold Elle products handcrafted?
Yes. All our waist chains are handcrafted in India.

How can I style a waist chain?
You can style it with jeans, skirts, dresses, sarees, lehengas, or coord sets.
Can I wear it over clothes?
Yes. Waist chains can be worn directly on skin or over outfits.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We accept prepaid orders only.

How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
How long does delivery take?
Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days after dispatch

Will I receive tracking details?
Yes. Tracking information is shared via email once your order is dispatched.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. We offer free 7-day exchanges. If the size is not right or you want a different style, email hello@boldelle.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a short try-on video. We arrange free pickup and ship your replacement immediately. Item must be unworn with original packaging.
What qualifies as a damaged product?
If the product arrives broken or damaged during transit.
What proof is required for a damage claim?
You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package, complete unboxing, product tags intact, original packaging intact, and visible damage to the product.
When should I report a damaged product?
Within 72 hours of receiving the order.
How do I raise a damage claim?
Email us at hello@boldelle.com with your order number, date of delivery, unboxing video, photos of the damaged product, and description of the issue.
How long does a refund take?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
Exchanges are not possible for items returned after 7 days, chains with visible damage or alterations, chains without original packaging, or claims raised without a try-on video.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
How should I care for my waist chain?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use and store in a dry place.
Can I wear it while bathing or swimming?
It is water resistant, but we recommend removing it during bathing or swimming to maintain its finish.
